By completing the registration of individual members or using the services on this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the contents of these Terms of Service and related activities, agree to abide by the relevant specifications, and accept that Ofook Media's platform may be affected by third parties. Social media platforms are constantly updated or guarded against force majeure factors, which may result in some services not working. The user (Party B) is aware and agrees that they will not be able to request a refund in such cases.
Please read this agreement carefully before using this product. By checking the box or clicking the button to confirm your acceptance when you first use the web application, you are agreeing to all the terms of this agreement. Also, by registering as an Ofook Media member, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement.
Note: We utilize the official Social Media APIs (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) available through their respective Developer Centers. For this reason, this application depends entirely on these Social Media APIs. We are not responsible if these platforms implement critical changes on their side. Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the compatibility of the app with Social Media APIs will be permanent. We do not provide any refunds for problems originating from Social Media APIs (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
